Weightloss 23 day Challenge

K am starting My weight loss Challenge today
My starting Weight is 164.3 


My Goal is to lose as much weight possible in 23 Days. 
Which means I got to lose Thirty pounds. I plan to ran Two time's a day Do push up and sit up which hear help get rid of the extra skin. Also I heard that  Pure apple cider vinegar is great at speeding up weight loss results. And that It helps food move through the bowels faster, and most important, it releases fat cells from the body to promote fat loss. and it's says to Mix two tablespoons in a glass of water before each meal. I also know that drinking More water help's the metabolism. I also am think of eating  4-6 meals a day,but  small meals.
Am going do a weight in Blog every Sunday till School.
