It's been a Week since I started my weight loss challenge within the week I started to notices the change that come with loosing weight.
I feel Much lighter and less tired I also much more toned then the weeks before my stomach is starting to disappear. Which I thought would take much longer but I've always had been able to lose weight easily and gain it back as fast.
I give props to my diet (4 small meals a day) jogging at the end of day and other such activities during the day!
I lose 6 pound Yay which mean I'm 25 pound more to lose I just have to keep to my goals and habit I've pick up these week!
